Nedelo: Cautious Slovenes Rather Wait for the 'Rreal' Euro

Ljubljana, 10 January - PRESS/POLL/EURO
Slovenes are not too interested in the euro after the single European currency was launched at the beginning of the year. About two thirds of respondents in a poll published on Sunday did not know the Euro's value (SIT 188.6). Only one among ten would change foreign currency savings into euros, while the majority agreed Slovenia should introduce the euro as a parallel currency, according to the poll published by Nedelo.
