Government Raises Some Controlled Prices

Ljubljana, 14 January - GOVERNMENT/SESSION
The government raised at Thursday's session some controlled prices, such as the prices of basic telephone services and postal services as well as the monthly price of the radio and television licence. The term within which state property should be secured to fill the privatisation gap was prolonged until 1 May 2000. The National Assembly is expected to adopt a relevant bill in swift procedure, Minister of Economic Relations and Development Marjan Senjur said after the session.
