Acroni Says Irregularities Occurred in Anti-Dumping Procedure

The first official hearing will be held in Brussels on Thursday at which representatives of Acroni, a Slovene steel producer, will present its point of view on damage suffered by the EU because Acroni allegedly sold stainless steel at dumping prices. Acroni will explain in the hearing that the anti-dumping procedure against the company was not introduced in accordance with regulations and that there is no sufficient evidence either about dumping or damage, the Slovene Steelworks said on Tuesday.
