Government Prepares Bills on Intelligence Service and its Control
Ljubljana, 21 January - GOVERNMENT/SESSION
The government improved and adopted Thursday a bill regulating the Slovene Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA) for second reading. Also ready for parliamentary debate, only this time for first reading, is a bill on intelligence and security activity and parliamentary control over it. While both bills have been harmonised between themselves, the latter is an umbrella act.
