Minister Dragonja, Privredna banka to Meet over Elan

Minister of Economics Metod Dragonja will meet chairman of the board of Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ), Bozo Prko in Ljubljana on Wednesday morning to discuss the management buy-out bid in the sports equipment manufacturer Elan. The management filed the bid with PBZ, Elan's majority owner, early this year, the Ministry of Economics reported.
