Digitel Wins a Case against a Government Decision

Ljubljana, 2 February - TELECOMMUNICATIONS/GSM/SUPREME/COURT
The Supreme Court ruled on Monday, 1 February, that the government's decision taken on 11 June 1998 to grant a GSM concession to Simobil and not to Digitel should be done away with. The court said the government decision contained no reasons about the factors that were deciding for the decision taken.
