Premier Drnovsek Insists on Demsar's Candidacy

Despite the parliamentary defence committee's rejection of Demsar's candidacy for the post of defence minister, Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek insists that Franci Demsar be the candidate for the post, STA learnt from Drnovsek's cabinet. It is not very likely at the moment that Drnovsek would change his mind.
