Ljubljana, 3 February - The present government simply is not capable of representing the nation in negotiations with the Church. The latter does all the work: it plans, manages and implements the new strategy and it has plenty of time. The government on the other hand cannot provide answers even to the simplest of questions. All it can say was explained by its officials after Monday's signing of the draft document for the potential agreement with the Holy See, namely that the Church will take care of everything "as it is in the government interest to have the agreement", daily Delo writes Wednesday.
