Government Will not Appeal against a Supreme Court Ruling

Ljubljana, 11 February - GOVERNMENT/SESSION
The Slovene government decided Thursday not to appeal against a Supreme Court ruling abolishing a government decree granting a GSM concession to Simobil. The government instead tasked the ministry of transport and communications to draft a new decree explaining in full detail the reasons for which it had been decided to grant a mobile telephony concession to Simobil and not to Digitel.
