Trade Unions Stage Rally to Voice Disagreement with Pension Reform

Some 3000 Slovene workers voiced their dissatisfaction with the pension and disability insurance bill in a protest rally staged by nine trade unions in front of the parliament building on Thursday morning. The main trade unions' demand is that the bill should be discussed again by the economic and social council, and submitted to parliament only after it has been brought into line with social partners.
