Slovenia will need to Expand Border Capacities to Adjust to EU
Brussels, 4 March - Applying EU standard for external border control will be one of the toughest requirement for Slovenia in adjusting national justice and internal affairs regulations. For this purpose, Slovenia will need to expand capacities on its borders, the future external EU borders, as the current 800 border officials is not enough to do the job, Slavko Debelak, state secretary in the Interior Ministry, said after the bilateral screening on Thursday in Brussels.
