Slovenia 7th Healthiest European Country
Ljubljana, 5 March - Slovenia is the seventh European country in terms of the health status of its population after Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy, Switzerland and Austria and ahead of the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, France and Belgium according to a health survey conducted by the London-based research magazine The Economist Intelligence Unit. Health Minister Marjan Jereb said this was a big success as costs of health care in Slovenia amount to only about a half of those in most European countries.
