Ljubljana, 14 March - For yet another week, events in the business sector dominated economic affairs in the country. The government showed it had no intention to intervene in the takeover process by giving the green light to three takeovers - Loka by Mercator, the indented takeover of Loka by Zivila Kranj, and Goriska by Mercator. Following months of negotiations, social partners reached the wage policy agreement for the next three years and gave their approval to the bill on minimum wages, wage adjustments and annual vacation supplements.
