Ljubljana, 16 March - Premier Janez Drnovsek's special envoy and Foreign Ministry State Secretary Ernest Petric is paying a visit to Canada on Tuesday. The visit is part of the activities preceding the NATO summit in Washington this April, the Foreign Ministry reported.
