Polish Aid for Flood Relief in Slovenia
Ljubljana, 17 March - Poland donated US$ 50.000 in flood relief after floods devastated central parts of Slovenia in 1998. The Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning said Wednesday the aid would be used to renovate a dam on the Dravinja river in the municipality of Mainsperk. The works are to be carried out this year, the ministry said.
