Zagreb, 17 March - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic spoke Wednesday to domestic and foreign reporters about Croatia's relations with its neighbours, focussing on Slovene-Croatian relations. He drew a great deal of attention to the Piran Bay, the issues regarding the former Slovene bank Ljubljanska Banka and the jointly-owned Krsko nuclear power plant.
