Slovenia Acting to Become Observer in the Frankophonie
Ljubljana, 18 March - SLOVENIA/FRANCOPHONIE
A letter with Slovenia's application for the observer status in the Francophonie was delivered in Paris on Wednesday by Slovene Ambassador in Paris Jozef Kunic to the Vietnamese representative in the Francophonie. The letter, written by Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, is addressed to Vietnamese President Tran Duc Luong, whose country is currently presiding over the Francophonie, Drnovsek's Office reported Thursday.
