Anti-Dumping Procedure for Turkey Imports from Hungary

Ljubljana, 19 March - COMPETITION/DUMPING/HUNGARY
The Office for Competition Protection published the decree to start an anti-dumping procedure for the imports of turkey from Hungary in Slovenia's Official Gazette on Friday. The motion to start the procedure was filed last October by food-maker Jata as a representative of domestic food industry. In the motion, Jata argued the import price of fresh turkey fillets was lower from that in regular trade with Hungary which suggests there is a possibility of dumping practices.
