Roberto Speciale, a member of the European Parliament and the rapporteur for Slovenia, visited the municipality of Koper on Friday. Speciale has arrived in Slovenia a few days ago to attend a meeting of the Slovenia-EU parliamentary committee, which took place in Ljubljana on Wednesday and Thursday.
