When the Constitutional Court ruled there is no appeal to its ruling on the electoral referendum results, it made an only seemingly unambiguous and final decision that voting should be conducted only by a two-round majority system. The constitution also says that legislators should only back decisions they believe in, which roughly speaking means there are no legal instruments to make them vote in accordance with what the Constitutional Court has order them to do, daily Dnevnik writes on Saturday.
