Nova Ljubljana Bank (NLB) Acquires a 20 Percent Stake in Dolenjska Bank (DB)

Nova Ljubljanska Bank (NLB) acquired Monday a 20-percent holding in Dolenjska Bank (DB). Before that, NLB only had a 7.7-percent stake in DB. Its stake increased to 20 percent after it had purchased 53,687 DB shares from two authorised investment companies, namely Maksima 2 and Maksima 3.
