Premier Drnovsek about NATO Air Raids

We would like to see the military intervention halted as soon as possible and the situation settled by peaceful means. Nevertheless, a decision on that has to be taken by Belgrade, Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek told a press conference on Friday. He hoped for the resumption of a diplomatic dialogue. Drnovsek also said his government was closely following the developments in the crisis-stricken region. "Measures have been taken at all levels to secure safety of all Slovene citizens," he stressed.
