jubljana, November 10 (STA) - Slovenian President Milan Kučan and his wife Štefka held a farewell dinner for Vaclav Havel, the President of the Czech Republic, and his wife Olga on Wednesday. Kučan remembered the time when Slovenia had been in the process of gaining independence, and stressed that the former Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, headed by Havel, had been a "reliable and understanding friend".***
