Vaclav Havel, President of the Czech Republic, writer and humanist, one of the best known opponents of the Communist regime in the 1970s and 1980s, met Slovene writers, members of the PEN Club and of the Slovene Writers Society, on Wednesday in Ljubljana, as part of his two-day official visit to Slovenia.
