Austria's Mock Says Good-Neighbourly Relations are Vital

Ljubljana, 30 March - Alois Mock, a former Austrian foreign minister and vice-chancellor, who arrived in Slovenia on Monday for a private visit, said Tuesday the violation of human rights was the key problem of Kosovo, which posed a question of how fast this issue could be solved in a peaceful manner.
