At a special ceremony at the Novo Mesto Sports Hall, Slovenian prime minister Janez Drnovšek presented the Order of the Knights of the Falcon to one of Slovenia's the most successful sportsmen and the oldest living winner of an Olympic gold medal, the 95-year old Leon Štukelj.
