Weekly Review of Events in Slovenia from 7 to 12 November

Ljubljana, 12 November - SLOVENIA/WEEKLY/REVIEW
Last week was marked by the adoption of the 1994 budget memorandum by the National Assembly and the National Council, and by intense diplomatic activities; Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Lojze Peterle spent the week in Switzerland and Romania, President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Havel and Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs Papulias visited Ljubljana. The 11th Slovenian Book Fair opened at the Ljubljana cultural centre Cankarjev Dom.
