Premier Drnovsek Attends NATO Summit Meeting

Washington, 24 April - Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, who will complete his several-day visit to the United States on Saturday, will speak to journalists at the palace where the celebrations marking the NATO 50th anniversary are taking place in the afternoon, Washington time. After the news conference, he is to give an interview for the television network CNN and meet with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott. He will complete his stay there with the attendance at a diner given by U.S. President Bill Clinton.
