Slovenia Heads Towards NATO; the Alliance Needs Reliable Partners in the Region, Says Drnovsek

Washington, 24 April - Slovenia's desire to join NATO has not diminished after NATO launched air strikes against Yugoslavia, Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek responded to a CNN question of whether Slovenia was discouraged in its bid to join the alliance when it realised what being a NATO member might imply.
