Bill on Interior Ministry Intelligence Service to be Scrutinised by Constitutional Judges

Ljubljana, 5 May - NATIONAL/COUNCIL/LEGISLATION/SOVA
The National Council took a decision Wednesday to send the law on SOVA, the interior ministry intelligence and security service, to the Constitutional Court for scrutiny. Councillors believe that two articles of the bill breach the constitution.
