Baby Refugee Successfully Operated on Heart at Ljubljana Central Hospital
Ljubljana, 7 May - SLOVENIA/REFUGEE/OPERATION
A quick humanitarian action saved the life of a baby refugee from Albania who needed an urgent heart operation. Eleven-month Brikena was successfully operated on Thursday at the Ljubljana Central Hospital. The money needed for the operation was contributed by daily Slovenske novice from the Ivan Kramberger Fund, which is managed by the Slovene Red Cross, the Central Hospital reported on Friday.
