Maribor/Ljubljana, 11 May - No dramatic change occurred at the congress of the major opposition party, the Social Democratic Party of Slovenia which took place over the weekend, according to Maribor-based daily Vecer. The congress proved to be a carefully orchestrated routine meeting which aimed at bringing SDS a victory at a general election scheduled for 2000.
