All major reasons for Bank of Slovenia's introduction of custody accounts in 1997 limiting foreign portfolio investments have been removed, LSE deputy director Tomaz Rotar said Wednesday at a news conference that concentrated on the LSE campaign for faster, albeit still gradual liberalisation of the Slovene financial market for foreign portfolio investments.
