EU-Accession: Slovenia Withdraws Demand for Transition Period in Audio-Visual Policy
Ljubljana, 19 May - Slovenia decided to withdraw its demand for a two-year transition period for harmonisation of its legislature in the field of audio-visual policy in negotiations for accession to the European Union. Parliamentary commission for European affairs on Wednesday also discussed government's decision to withdraw its demand for an exception in the field of customs union regarding the volume of duty-free import for the passenger transport.
