Brussels, 21 May - SUCCESSION/NEGOTIATIONS
International mediator for succession to former Yugoslavia, Sir Arthur Watts sent a letter to Slovene negotiator Miran Mejak this week proposing that all succession-related activities be frozen temporarily because of the Yugoslav crisis, STA learnt from diplomatic sources.
