Delo: Two Alternatives for Invisible People

Ljubljana, 22 May - Kosovo refugees went through several decades of Palestinian history in just a couple of months. The Palestinians closely followed every step they made, becoming increasingly cynical about the international community efforts to make their lives easier. Early feelings of horror, compassion and despair were soon followed by boredom at the same old story they've seen so often. It is always the same, whether it be Palestinians in Lebanon, Sudanese in Kenya, Afghanis in Iran, Kurds in Syria, Tutsies in Congo or Kosovo Albanians in Macedonia and Albania, Delo's Mid-East correspondent Ervin Hladnik Milharcic writes Saturday.
