Government Fails to Address the Gricar Report

Ljubljana, 3 June - The government toke note of the Gricar Report about the Vic-Holmec police corruption scandal and examined the update on the state of affairs in the Interior Ministry with proposals for their improvement generated by the ministry itself and the recently established special task force at its weekly session on Thursday. The cabinet, however, did not examine the Gricar Report in more detail and consequently did not pass an opinion, Interior Affairs Minister Borut Suklje told after the session. He added the commission criticised the report on a number of points.
