Slovenia to Halt Imports of Animal Foods from the EU

Slovenia has not imported chickens, poultry products, eggs and mayonnaise from Belgium, France and the Netherlands this year, an official said on Monday. Since Belgium has suspended sales of beef and pork as well, Slovenia will impose a complete ban on imports of animal food products from all 15 EU nations in the following days, he said.
