Cologne, 10 June - KOSOVO/STABILITY/PACT/SLOVENIA
Foreign Minister Boris Frlec, who represented Slovenia at Thursday's ministerial conference in Cologne which established a Balkan stability pact that aims to help the region economically and bring it into the European fold, termed the pact a good basis for future decisions about the region's stabilization.
