Gov't Demands Report on Cases Stopped by Prosecution

Ljubljana, 17 June - GOVERNMENT/PROSECUTION
The government discussed the situation in the prosecution at a regular weekly session on Thursday and decided to call on the state prosecution to prepare within a fortnight a report on all cases of public and state property violations in which criminal procedures or proceedings on economic violations or economic crime have been stayed or re-qualified. When the report is discussed State Prosecutor General Zdenka Cerar will be invited to attend the government session, the cabinet decided.
