U.S. President Clinton in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 21 June - U.S. President Bill Clinton visited Slovenia on Monday, accompanied by his wife Hillary. In the afternoon, he was received with full state honors at the Brnik airport by both of his hosts, Slovenia's President Milan Kucan with spouse Stefka and Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek. Clinton, the first U.S. president ever to visit Slovenia, held bilateral meetings with Kucan, Drnovsek and Speaker of Parliament Janez Podobnik in Ljubljana.
