Board of Central Bank Gives no Approval Either to NLB or NKBM
Ljubljana, 23 June - The board of the Bank of Slovenia approved on Tuesday that a foreign bank, Kaertner Sparkasse can open its first branch office in Slovenia. In addition, the board reduced the period during which foreigners are not allowed to sell Slovene securities from four years to one year. The measure takes effect on 1 September.
