Sweden's Inexa AB Takes Over Jeklo Store

Slovene Ironworks and Swedish company Inexa AB have signed a closing contract and thus finalised Inexa's takeover of Jeklo Store. The ownership of Jeklo Store now passed from the Slovene Steelworks concern to Inexa and Slovene company Unior Zrece, which together own a 80-percent in the company. Twenty-six percent of this 80-percent majority stake is owned by Unior and 54 percent by Inexa. Inexa will in addition assume Jeklo Store's liabilities of DM 25 million.
