Montenegro Reduces Prices to Attract Tourists

Ljubljana, 8 July - The Kosovo conflict has had a negative impact on the Montenegrin tourist industry. Although losses are expected to be high, Montenegrin Tourism Minister Vladimir Mitrovic does not believe the summer season has been completely wasted yet. He is aware of the fact that not many EU citizens will visit Montenegro this year, so the more does his country count on visitors from Slovenia. Montenegro has reduced prices of tourist services by 10 to 30 percent, the minister told the press in Ljubljana on Thursday.
