OMV and Istrabenz Open First Motorway Petrol Station in Croatia

Vienna-based oil company OMV and Istrabenz of Koper (Slovenia) concluded the first phase of a joint SIT 750-million (DM 7.5 million) investment in Croatia by opening a petrol station on the bypass around the Croatian port of Rijeka on Friday. The OMV Istrabenz petrol service, a station on each side of the motorway, covers an area of 50,000 square metres and can be compared to most modern European motorway service areas, Istrabenz said.
