Ljubljana and Vienna Sign Agreement on Co-Operation

Ljubljana Mayor Viktorija Potocnik and Vienna Mayor Michael Haeupl signed on Wednesday in Ljubljana an agreement between the Slovene and Austrian capitals that defines more fully the co-operation between Ljubljana and Vienna in the following four-year period. Potocnik particularly pointed out the importance of the document in the light of Slovenia's accession to the European Union. Haeupl denoted it as an agreement about the equal partnership and co-operation between the two European capitals.
