Delo on Croatia's Failure to Co-Operate with Hague Tribunal

Milan Vukovic, a Croatian Constitutional Court judge, stated several years ago that the Croats could not commit crimes during their "defence and liberation war", which explains the heart of Croatia's objections against The Hague, Delo on Wednesday comments on a complaint against Croatia to be filed with the UN Security Council, as announced by Luise Arbour, chief prosecutor of the Hague-based tribunal for crimes committed in the territory of former Yugoslavia, after her recent visit to Croatia.
