European Affairs Minister: Slovenia Lacks the Spirit of Changes

Ljubljana, 26 July - Slovenia is lacking the spirit of changes in everyday political and economic practice as well as in liberalising its market and countering competition. It is not enough to merely adopt laws. It is necessary to implement them and face globalisation. It is a chance that should not be missed or even understood as a threat that is better avoided, European Affairs Minister Igor Bavcar said in an interview for a monthly.
