jubljana, November 24 (STA) - The National Assembly Commission for Nationalities on Wednesday's session concluded the decision adopted by the Council of Slovenian Radio and Television on new concept for the entire programme of Koper-Capodistria Television was not adopted on the relevant professional basis or by a regular procedure, since the decision ignores the principle of subjectivity of the national community.***

Ljubljana, 24 November - PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSION FOR NATIONALITIES ON KOPER TELEVISION=
        The commission cannot interfer with the independent decision-making of the RTV Council or in the affairs of the Strike Committee of the Italian-language channel, nor does it wish to, but it calls for tolerance and dialogue, which would hopefully lead to solutions envisaged by the proposed law on radio and television. These solutions will ensure the relevant degree of autonomy and subjectivity of the Italian-language national programmes within the public system of Slovenian RTV.
