Delo: Serbia Before the Civil War?

As the regime of the Yugoslav president Milosevic seems to have no intention of resigning and the Serb opposition keeps enjoying more and more support in Serbia and abroad, the aggravation of the tensions which could lead to another Balkan tragedy seems plausible, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Thursday.
